Directions of Use

Mix 1-2 scoops of Staunch Pre Original with 300-400ml of cold water and consume around 30-60 minutes prior to your training session. It recommended that you assess your tolerance by starting with 1 scoop and if you would like a stronger feeling before your session, progress to 1.5 or 2 scoops. This product can be used alongside Staunch Creatine Five for convenient consumption.
