How do I use my Power Supps Online Gift Card?

Following your purchase, you should have received an email containing the gift card code, a QR code and a link to automatically apply the gift card.

Clicking the “Apply your Gift Card Code” button will redirect you to our Shop and your gift card code will be applied automatically when you visit the checkout.

You can also scan the QR code to similar effect – you’ll be redirected to our Shop and the gift card will be applied at the checkout.

The final method is to manually apply the gift card code at the checkout.Click the “Use it here!” link at the top of the checkout page, enter the code shown in the email and click the “Apply Gift Card” button.

Can I use my Gift Card in store?

No – the Online Gift Card only applies to orders processed through our online store. They cannot be redeemed in store at any of the Power Supps locations.

When will I receive my Gift Card?

The gift card will be sent to the recipient’s email – or buyers email if no recipient’s email is provided.Please allow up to 1 hour after the purchase for the gift card email to arrive.

If you haven’t received the email after 1 hour, please check your spam folder.If the email hasn’t been received to spam, contact our staff for further assistance and provide your order number for reference.

Can I use my gift card across multiple orders?

Yes – the value of your gift card can be used across multiple orders, until the full value of the card has been used up.

Does my gift card expire?

Yes – all gift cards are subject to a 6 month expiry from the date of purchase.Be sure to use the full value of your gift card before the expiry date!

Can I purchase a gift card for myself?

Yes – simply leave the recipient email field blank on the Online Gift Card product page and the gift card will be delivered to the email address entered on the checkout page.

Can I use my gift card to purchase another gift card?

No – gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.This prevents users from bypassing the 6 month expiry by carrying any remaining value across to a newly purchased gift card.

Can I request a refund for a purchased gift card?

Any refunds for orders containing a gift card will require our staff to check the status of the purchased gift card before processing the refund request.Refunds will only be offered if the gift card has not been used as part of another purchase.

If a gift card is refunded the associated code will be disabled and can no longer be used at the checkout.
