Directions of Use

Mix 1 rounded scoop of Ghost Whey Protein with 300-500ml of cold water or milk depending on your preference and consume after training or any time during the day. Mix 1 scoop of Ghost Legend with 250-400ml of cold water and consume around 30 minutes prior to your training session. If you prefer a sweeter beverage, simply use less water when making this product however if you want it to taste less sweet, you can add more water to further dilute the product.
