How to Use
Power Supps Online Gift Cards are a quick and easy way to give someone the freedom to choose exactly what they want.
Simply select your Gift Card amount, enter the recipient’s details and add an optional personal message before completing your purchase.
You can send the Gift Card directly to someone else or purchase one for yourself by leaving the recipient email field blank.
Once your order has been processed, the Gift Card will be delivered electronically via email, usually within 1 hour. The email will include a unique Gift Card Code, QR Code and an “Apply Your Gift Card Code” link, making it easy to start shopping straight away.
To redeem the Gift Card, simply click the link in the email or scan the QR Code and the Gift Card will be automatically applied when you reach checkout. Alternatively, you can manually enter the unique Gift Card Code during checkout. Any remaining balance can be used across future online orders until the full value has been spent or the Gift Card reaches its 6-month expiry date.

- How do I use my Power Supps Online Gift Card?
Following your purchase, you should receive an email containing your gift card code, a QR code and a link to automatically apply the gift card. Clicking the “Apply your Gift Card Code” button will redirect you to our Shop, with your gift card automatically applied when you reach the checkout. You can also scan the QR code for the same result. Alternatively, you can manually enter your gift card code at checkout by clicking the “Use it here!” link, entering the code from your email and clicking the “Apply Gift Card” button. - Can I use my Gift Card in store?
No. Power Supps Online Gift Cards can only be redeemed on orders processed through our online store. They cannot be redeemed in store at any Power Supps location. - When will I receive my Gift Card?
Your gift card will be sent to the recipient’s email address, or the buyer’s email address if no recipient email is provided. Please allow up to 1 hour after purchase for the gift card email to arrive. If you haven’t received it after 1 hour, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven’t received the email, please contact our staff for assistance and provide your order number for reference. - Can I use my gift card across multiple orders?
Yes. The value of your gift card can be used across multiple online orders until the full balance of the card has been used. - Does my gift card expire?
Yes. All Power Supps Online Gift Cards are subject to a 6-month expiry from the date of purchase. Be sure to use the full value of your gift card before the expiry date. - Can I purchase a gift card for myself?
Yes. Simply leave the recipient email field blank on the Online Gift Card product page and the gift card will be delivered to the email address entered during checkout. - Can I use my gift card to purchase another gift card?
No. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card. This prevents the remaining value of a gift card from being transferred to a newly purchased card to bypass the 6-month expiry period. - Can I request a refund for a purchased gift card?
Any refund request for an order containing a gift card will require our staff to check the status of the purchased gift card before processing the refund. Refunds will only be offered if the gift card has not been used as part of another purchase. If a gift card is refunded, the associated gift card code will be disabled and can no longer be used at checkout.
