Directions of Use
For best results, mix 1 scoop of Ghost Legend with 250-400ml of cold water and consume prior to exercise, or any other activity that requires elevated endurance and increased mental focus.
GHOST LEGEND® is also incredibly versatile and you can also adjust the flavour intensity of the drink to your preference.
If you prefer a sweeter tasting beverage, the flavour can be made stronger by simply using less water and alternatively, if the flavour is too strong for your liking, you can dilute it by adding more water.
