Directions of Use

Mix 1 scoop (12g) of International Protein War Hammer with around 200-400ml of cold water and consume around 30 minutes prior to your training session. If you prefer a sweeter tasting beverage, use less water however if you find the taste too strong, this product can be diluted by adding more fluid.
