How to use Ghost Legend ?

For best results, mix 1 scoop of Ghost Legend V4 with 400 ml of cold water and consume prior to exercise or any other activity that requires elevated endurance and increased mental focus.

While Ghost Legend pre workout is extremely effective on its own, it can also be used in conjunction with Ghost Pump for an epic pre gym formula that further enhances blood flow to skeletal muscle and boosts focus. It can also be used alongside other products from Ghost, such as Amino, BCAA or Burn.
