MOOD ENHANCING BLEND (CAFFEINE, TYROSINE)

With 200mg of Caffeine per serve and an additional 400mg of Tyrosine, which is a natural precursor to the formation of adrenaline and dopamine, this coupling of a synthetic stimulant and a natural mood enhancer allows for optimal adrenaline and dopamine release. Supplementing with Caffeine pre-workout has been shown to increase strength, power output and general performance, while tyrosine enhances mood and focus.

PERFORMANCE BLEND (CIITRULLINE MALATE, ARGININE, CREATINE)
Combining 3 primary ingredients in Citrulline, Arginine and Creatine, this blend of performance-enhancing amino acids may increase strength and power, as well as improving blood flow for added nutrient delivery, toxic waste removal and muscular pumps.

RECOVERY BLEND (B VITAMINS AND VITAMIN C)
Containing a combination of B group Vitamins and additional Vitamin C supports adrenal function and reduces post-workout fatigue.

Directions
