Fantom Pre Directions of Use

Mix 1 serving (2 scoops) of Fantom Pre with 300-500ml of cold water and shake well until all the powder is dissolved. Consume this product around 30 minutes prior to exercise or use it throughout the day for a boost of energy. If you prefer a sweeter tasting beverage, simply use less water than indicated above or if you want it to taste less sweet, dilute it more by adding more water.
