Directions of Use
Mix 1 scoop of Axe & Sledge Demo Day and 1 scoop of The Grind with 500-1000ml of water and consume over the course of your training session. It is important to finish consuming your intra-workout beverage around 15-20 minutes before you finish your workout, that way you can be sure that your body is utilising the extra nutrients to fuel your performance.
