Assassyn Arachidonic Acid
Welcome to the benefits of Arachidonic Acid. An incredibly hard to get ingredient that has been used periodically over the last 10 years. Why hasn’t it been used more widely? Quite simply, it is extremely hard to source!
How does Arachidonic Acid work?
AA has the ability to turn on (upregulate) NOS through a complex process. Once AA is released from the phospholipid layer of each muscle cell during exercise, it is rapidly converted to prostaglandins (PGE2). PGE2 up-regulates the enzyme NOS creating the ideal environment for MASS Nitric Oxide production.
What is Nitric Oxide?
Nitric Oxide is a byproduct of Arginine being broken down in the body by an enzyme called Nitric Oxide Synthase (NOS). Your body only has a limited supply of NOS. Consequently, no matter how much Arginine you have flooded your system with, your NO will only be as high as the amount of NOS you have to break it down. Excited yet? How in the heck to did you do this? The answer is the addition of a compound called Arachidonic Acid (AA).
How much Arachidonic Acid can you take?
AA is so powerful, we only suggest taking it once a day and no more than four times a week. The intense effects may be felt for days after use.
Can Arachidonic Acid be taken with other supplements?
It is sure can. We recommend stacking it with your normal pre workout for an incredible pump. Whether you have a stimulant or non stimulant based pre workout, the benefits of AA will be very noticeable every training session.
Is Arachidonic Acid safe?
Everything in moderation. As we mentioned above, consume the serving size once per day and no more than 4 times per week. If you are training more than 4 days per week, save the AA for the bigger muscle groups to get more from the session.
