At GHOST we cherish every gram (and the gains that come along with them), so we’ve beefed up our Creatine (3.21G HCl & 2.84G Monohydrate) to ensure you’re getting the FULL, DELIVERED 5G dose in every scoop. Also in the product we have Betaine = 2.5G, Carnosyn Beta-Alanine = 2G, Epicatechin = 200MG and Astragin.

Directions of Use

Mix 1 scoop of Ghost Legend with 250-400ml of cold water and consume around 30 minutes prior to your training session. Mix 1 scoop of Ghost Size with 250-400ml of cold water and consume after your training session. These two products can be combined and consumed at the same time if desired and the unflavoured version of Ghost Size can be added to a protein shake for easy convenience.
