Coconut water is the clear fluid from inside coconuts. It contains electrolytes such as potassium, sodium and magnesium all of which help to replenish nutrients lost during exercise. Coconut water is also very low in calories and is both fat and cholesterol free.

BCAA’s

There are nine amino acids that are classed as essential amino acids, with three of those being branched-chain amino acids or BCAA’s.
