How to Stack DL185 and PeptiStrong

For optimal use, consume 4 capsules of PeptiStrong® immediately after training to maximise recovery and muscle protein synthesis. On non-training days, take 4 capsules in the morning. DL185® should be taken at a dosage of 4 capsules daily, either 30 minutes before training or immediately after training on workout days, and in the morning on rest days.

How long can you take DL185 and PeptiStrong for?

Both PeptiStrong® and DL185® can be used long term as part of an ongoing muscle-building strategy. However, if preferred, they can also be cycled for 12 weeks followed by a 2–4 week break before resuming use.
