Total War by Redcon1 is the pre workout that we all have known and loved for years. Total War is a great all round pre workout that has up to 20 flavours available at times. With its combination of slow releasing and fasting activating caffeine, Total War will provide you with sustainable energy without those nasty energy crashes. Total War also offers its own blend of performance based ingredients including agmatine sulphate which enhances physical performance and energy levels.

How to use Total War Twin Pack

Mix 1 scoop of Total War with 250-350mls of cold water, 15-30 minutes prior to physical training. Due to the amount of energy Redcon1 Total War will provide be cautious with taking this product late in the day.

Total War can also be stacked with Redcon1 Total War Pump to provide the premium pre workout stack. Use this stack with caution as it will provide almost anabolic like results!
